Elisa Hink is a native of Las Vegas and joins us most recently from Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, where she opened the property as the Director of Food and Beverage. In this position, Elisa oversaw opening development and subsequently the daily operations of the Virgin-operated restaurants, bars and lounges, and the beverage operations at the property entertainment venues.

Elisa Hink is a native of Las Vegas and joins us most recently from Virgin Hotels Las Vegas, where she opened the property as the Director of Food and Beverage. In this position, Elisa oversaw opening development and subsequently the daily operations of the Virgin-operated restaurants, bars and lounges, and the beverage operations at the property entertainment venues. Prior to this, she worked as the Director of Restaurants at The Mirage, where she oversaw 13 outlets and led the service development in three new venues.

 

Elisa has a hospitality background that spans three decades in both hotels and food and beverage; she has served as General Manager at Tom Colicchio’s Heritage Steak and as a member of the management teams at RM Seafood, Bar Masa, and Sirio Ristorante. She was on the opening team of ARIA’s Forbes Five Star-rated Sky Suites and has continued to utilize these elevated service standards in her roles since. She has a BA in History from UNLV and is pursuing her Masters in Hospitality Administration.
